What is the best way to contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email. We monitor our email regularly and often.
Do you ever put workshops on in my area of the country?
TSA will present any of its workshops anywhere in the country that there is enough interest.  Contact us for details.
How can I pay for registration fees?

We now have several payment options.  If you would like to pay by credit card (we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express) we can email you an invoice with a link for the payment to be processed through a secure website. We also have the ability to be paid by bank transfer as well as purchase orders and government training forms.  We are also fine with a check mailed to our main office.

Yes. We accept purchase orders and government training forms.
Can I pay at the workshop?

Yes, if it is a ‘last minute’ situation.  We do not want to receive cash at any workshop. Our preferred method of payment is to mail us a check, even if it will not reach us before the workshop begins.

When should I make flight arrangements?
We highly recommend that you wait to make non-refundable flights until you receive an official letter/email from us confirming that the workshop will be held. We will send that when we have received sufficient registrations to guarantee that we can hold the workshop.
When there are multiple parts to a workshop (Parts 1 & 2, or Beginning / Advanced) do I have to attend them in order?
No.  Most of our workshops are designed to be independent, and thus can be attended in any order.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Hands-on Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance – Part 2 DOES require the basic skills taught in Hands-on Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance – Part 1.  For consistency of training we would prefer that you attend Part 1 immediately before Part 2.

Will I receive any professional accreditation upon completion of any workshop?
We provide certificates of participation, including training hours, to all workshop participants. We do not provide professional certifications or qualifications.
Do I have to make my own hotel reservations when I’ve registered for a workshop?
Yes, you need to contact the hotel directly to make your sleeping room reservations.  In most cases we have made arrangements with the hotel for a reduced room rate for our customers.  This information is printed below the registration form on our flyers.  Be sure to tell the hotel when you make your reservations that you are attending one of our workshops in order to be included in our room-block.
How do I get a discounted rate at the hotel where the workshop is held?

How do I know that I have been registered for a workshop?
If you register online, we will email you an acknowledgement of your registration within 2 business days. You can always contact us with any questions or to verify our receipt of your registration.
I haven’t received my confirmation letter yet. What do I do?
We will send you a confirmation letter once we have received sufficient registrations to guarantee that we can hold the workshop.  If you have a question regarding this, please contact us and we will assist you personally.
The person who originally registered for the workshop can’t attend. Can I substitute another person to attend?
Absolutely. Just contact us with the name of the person registered and the name of the person attending instead. We’ll change the registration for you.
