Maintenance Personnel in Facility Maintenance who would like to increase their knowledge and skills in the areas of Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance

We have had many requests for more “hands-on” opportunities to learn and practice greater skills in the areas of plumbing and electrical maintenance, and to that response, TSA has developed this informative Part 4 (in a four-part series) Electrical and Plumbing workshop.  In this expanded training session, workshop participants will be given “hands-on” experience to gain further knowledge and skills in the following:

  • Waste lines
  • Wall mounted sinks
  • Shower enclosures
  • Septic systems
  • Irrigation systems

  • Irrigation controls
  • Exterior wiring
  • Electrical sub-panels
  • Special breakers
  • Telephones
  • Coaxial
  • Ethernet lines

Under the supervision of our skilled workshop leader, participants will be taken to an even higher level of understanding about maintaining the plumbing and electrical systems at their facilities.

Each participant will use a detailed workbook throughout the training that explains how to perform the maintenance and repair work included in the workshop.  These will be theirs to keep and to use later as reference on the job.  TSA certificates will be presented to everyone who attends this training.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the personalized nature of this workshop, TSA must limit attendance.  Please pre-register early to ensure your spot at this training session.
