This TSA training workshop is designed for:
- Staff members who are responsible for resident and home buyer education
The foundation to a successful Housing Management Program is how well residents and home buyers have been counseled and educated regarding their homes. With effective resident and home buyer counseling and education programs in place, housing agencies and departments can expect fewer management and maintenance problems, an improvement in collections, a reduction in evictions, and greater cooperation from the residents and home buyers.
