THIS  TSA  WORKSHOP  IS  DESIGNED  FOR:

  • Maintenance Staff who want to round out their maintenance skills
  • Maintenance Supervisors and Administrators

As a follow-up to our Beginning and Advanced Hands-on Locksmithing workshops, this Specialized Locksmithing Workshop will take participants to a higher level of locksmithing abilities.  The workshop leader for this training session is an experienced, full time locksmith, who has been operating a successful locksmithing business for many years.  Under his direction, participants will learn how to: Operate, clean, and adjust key machines; Trouble-shoot problems with safes; Install and adjust door closers and exit devices; Understand and maintain commercial lock systems; and learn how to create a master key system and control keys.

Each participant will use a detailed workbook throughout the training that explains the specialized locksmithing information covered during the workshop.  These will be theirs to keep and to use as reference on the job at their own facilities.  TSA certificates will be presented to everyone who attends this training.  It is suggested that participants bring key machines, door closers, exit devices and commercial locks that they will be expected to service on the job, if possible.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the personalized nature of this workshop, TSA must limit attendance.  Please preregister early to ensure your spot at this popular training session.
